Go ahead and inspect all of those. Also, "DTC" in the channel column means direct-to-consumer.

Would you want to include sales_reps in the model, or exclude it?

If I excluded sales_reps, I could still group by rep ID in orders — but the names wouldn't show up, right?

Correct — you'd still be able to group by sales_rep_id in orders, but the names wouldn't be accessible without the join. I'd recommend keeping it.

Keep it. And annotate that table — we sometimes call our sales reps "warriors" internally.

Done — I've noted that sales reps may be referred to as "warriors." Now users can ask about "warrior performance" and I'll know to look at the sales_reps table.
